Juan Pablo fue muy paciente, nos ayudó en todo momento y nos dio feedback para mejorar y lograr lo que queríamos lograr. La atención fue personalizada y con muy buena actitud. Aprendimos mucho durante un solo día y no creímos que lo lográramos tan rápido. Fue muy responsable por nosotros y siempre atento.

Sam is a great instructor. He is very helpful and enthusiastic and also has a great way of focusing the lessons exactly at my level and combining having fun skiing with a bit of a challenge. I enjoy his way of giving specific and useful feedback in a pleasant way. Thank you Sam!

My sister and I took the intro course for beginners, and it was even better than we hoped! Kevin was a fantastic instructor - he really understands what it\'s like to be brand new to a thing. He was very patient and explained everything clearly, and put everyone at ease. And it was so much fun! Before the course we didn\'t know how to put on a ski boot, and by the end we were doing braking and turning, and didn\'t want to stop! Thanks for a great intro to this sport. We\'ll be happy to come back for sure!

Er hat meinem 8 jährigen Sohn komplett die Angst genommen und ihn top motiviert. Er ist sehr bemüht und einfühlsam. Ein wirklich super Typ.

Im nächsten Kurs würde ich gern mehr Technik lernen, um auch steilere Pisten mit wenig Schnee sicher bewältigen zu können.

Bernd hat sich richtig gut auf meine Situation eingestellt. Dabei hat er einen ganz anderen Weg gewählt als zuvor z.B Urs. Aber gerade der "Knick auf die rechte Seite " hat mir den Respekt/die Angst genommen ordentliche Linksschwünge zu machen. Dabei darf ich natürlich nicht vergessen, den rechten Flügel rauszuhalten. Skistunde mit Sam macht Spass und Sam erklärt sehr genau was ich machen soll/ verbessern kann, das macht auch Spass!

Carlo ist ein sehr kompetenter und sympathischer Skilehrer. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne komme ich wieder zu ihm in die Skistunde. Und später vielleicht auch meine Kinder…

Dear, we are very happy the team made it a successful week for Lucie. She is now mastering her skis in any situation. Speaking with Ben, we heard the group was with different levels. Last year Lucie had done more (taking the lift, learning to brake down hill and turning) and unfortunately this did not continue. We hope that in February, in the Dino class, this will be picked up and to the Fadail. Lucie staying 2 weeks has been going on the T bar lift and training on the Fadail slope and feels comfortable there. One suggestion for the end of the class with the little "presentation of the children skills, it could had been more. Children only went down few meters (no slope) and suddenly Lucie had a medal. No podium or clear celebration of the child getting the medal in the eyes of the public. We remember from last year the gathering together, cheering at the children and a picture with the entire group + teacher. This is always a great memory.
